Brand Identity Design for infant skincare line

In close collaboration with the CEO and COO, I led the design and production of the brand identity, packaging, and print materials for Baby Pibu—the first infant skincare line developed by a dermatologist mom. The goal was to bring the company’s vision to life through a brand that conveyed trust, care, and expertise while resonating with new parents.

Design Responsibilities:

  • Product strategy and positioning
  • Brand identity development
  • Packaging design across product lines
  • Visual design for print and digital communications

Project Results

At launch, I delivered a comprehensive suite of design assets that established Baby Pibu as a distinctive, credible, and approachable brand in the skincare market:
  • Newborn Essentials Kit featuring 8 kit-sized products
  • 8 full-size product labels (sunscreen, body wash, baby butter, bottom balm, rash relief, hydrating ointment, gentle scalp lather)
  • 7 custom product patterns designed for quick and intuitive recognition
  • 10+ supporting collateral pieces including instructional cards, labels, sample packets, and gift tags
  • Corporate communications including stationery, presentation decks, and business cards

Project Recognition

Through a focus on strong brand identity, thoughtful packaging, and engaging print design, Baby Pibu earned recognition from leading industry competitions:
  • Silver Addy – District 2, The American Advertising Awards
  • Gold Addy – Greater Frederick, The American Advertising Awards
  • Runner-up Graphic Design Professional, Creative Quarterly, Issue 3
